Welcome to our hair haven! We’re all about embracing your unique vibe and making your hair dreams come true! Our team is here to guide you based on your hair type, texture, color, and history—treating both you and your fabulous locks with mad respect and love!

Punctuality is Key: Your time is precious, and so is ours! Arriving on time helps us keep the good vibes flowing for everyone. So please, be fashionably early!

Plans Change, No Biggie: We totally get that life happens! Just give us a shout at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows might come with a fee of 50% to 100% of your service, so let’s keep it smooth! Repeat offenders may be asked to try their luck as a walk-in appointment.

Booking Made Easy: To lock in your appointment, we’ll need a valid credit card, but don’t worry, your info is safe with us!

Hair Extensions Galore: Thinking about some fab extensions? We offer hand-tied, KTip, and Hand-Tied Weft options—major investments for that gorgeous look! Just a heads up: once you’ve snagged them, they can’t be returned or refunded. We’ll hook you up with all the care tips to keep them looking amazing together!

Guest Policy: We love a good hangout, but let’s keep it to one guest per appointment due to space. Cozy vibes only!

Pricing 411: Our prices are starting points and can vary based on your hair’s length, color complexity, and products used. Services are considered a la carte and should be booked as such! Haircuts include a blowout, but color services do not include a haircut. Just ask us for the deets!

CROWNS NEW BOOKING POLICIES (as of 12/10/25):

Here’s What’s New:

Hair-Colors:

  • Blowouts are BACK. You no longer need to add on that finishing touch. Please note that haircuts do need to still be added on to color services!

  • Due to price inflation, all color services will now have a “Salon Scale” charge added to their ticket. This update ensures that the costs of the products themselves are covered.

Haircuts:

  • Our haircuts are now priced based on the stylist’s level, ensuring you get the best possible experience.

  • Every haircut includes a wash, cut, blowout, and/or style—so your stylist can give you that perfect finish!

  • Short haircuts will now be called “Clipper Cuts” and will take 30 minutes.

Makeup & Event Styling:

  • Makeup services will now be booked directly through your stylist via social media. They’d love to hear from you!

  • Special Occasion Hairstyling can be booked online or over the phone!
