Meet Laney | @hairbylaneywhite
Hey there! I’ve been a hairstylist for almost four years, and my journey began with a passion for art and a desire to help people. I originally planned on going to art school, but I found my true calling in mixing creativity with beauty!
I love creating natural, soft looks—whether it’s a bright, lived-in blonde or a rich brunette or redhead. Balayage is one of my favorite techniques; it really allows for a creative collaboration with my clients!
A highlight of my career? I had the incredible opportunity to do hair and makeup for ESPN during my second year. Definitely a proud moment!
Connecting with my clients is one of my favorite parts of the job. I enjoy getting to know the real side of people and sharing lots of laughs along the way.
When I’m not in the salon, I’m outside with my two golden retrievers, enjoying activities like fishing, hiking, and camping. I’m also a DIY enthusiast who loves getting crafty!
For unwinding, I like to make a delicious charcuterie board and watch comedies like Schitt’s Creek or New Girl.
If I weren’t a hairstylist, I’d dive into art full time, run a shop, and probably participate in craft fairs.
Right now, I’m all about lived-in healthy hair—a trend I hope never fades away! On the flip side, I could do without the mullet trend. 🙈
Fun fact: I have a surprising obsession with pickles!
I believe in prioritizing my mental and physical health, as happiness is key to thriving in both work and life. Ready for a hair transformation? Let’s create something amazing together!

Lauren Fisher | @lookz.by.lo
I’ve been a stylist for three years, driven by my passion for connecting with others. While hair and makeup have always been my creative outlets, it’s the relationships I build that truly motivate my career.
What I love about this industry is its fluidity; it’s a space where creativity knows no bounds! My niche is “lived-in blonde,” a versatile technique that can be tailored to each client's unique needs. 🪄
A standout moment in my career was working media day for the Arkansas Razorbacks Volleyball Team. Thanks to my client, Lo Jones, I had the incredible opportunity to do their hair while being surrounded by such talented young women—it was unforgettable!
I cherish the deep connections I make with my clients. Our time together always leaves us both feeling a little lighter. With a clientele that’s 99% women, I adore these intimate moments with diverse backgrounds.
Outside the salon, I love spending time with my adorable husband, my girls, and our fur babies! I’m big on self-care—think sweet treats and binge-watching Law & Order. My mind thinks: true crime = relaxation. 🙂↕️
If I weren’t a hairstylist, I’d pursue a career in law. I have a natural inclination to help those in need of social justice—who knows, I might just pull an Elle Woods on you all!
Right now, I’m all about the bronde trend! It perfectly blends brightness with a natural look. On the flip side, I’d happily say goodbye to DIY dye jobs!
Fun fact: I’m a massive Kacey Musgraves fan! A dream of mine is to do her hair for one of her tours! 🍀
To stay inspired, I challenge myself constantly. If I ever feel stuck in a rut, I dive into learning a new technique or formula!

Kayleigh Wade | @hairbykayw
Hello! I’m Kayleigh, a hairstylist with three years of experience, and I absolutely love interacting with people. Every day brings something new, and it’s always exciting to see the outcomes of different techniques!
My favorite part of this journey is education. There are endless opportunities to learn, and I find that a great haircut can completely transform someone's appearance. I also enjoy color correction; it’s incredibly satisfying to see hair evolve over time, even if it takes a few sessions to reach the final result.
One of my proudest achievements is the connections I’ve built with clients who have been in my chair for all three years, supporting me as I’ve grown in my craft. I love learning about their backgrounds and finding ways to connect our lives. I aim to create a space where everyone feels comfortable, like they’re just hanging out with a friend.
When I’m not at the salon, you can find me hanging out with my adorable 4-year-old son—trust me, anyone who sits in my chair hears all about him! We’re pretty much inseparable!
My go-to way to unwind? True crime shows, sour patch kids, and a refreshing strawberries & cream Dr. Pepper. In my dreams, I’d love to be a stay-at-home mom, but that doesn’t quite pay the bills! 🤣
I’m currently loving bangs and bobs, but I hope curly mullets (perms included) don’t make a comeback! Fun fact: I’m also a competitive video gamer! I love playing Fortnite, COD, and Mario Kart on my Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
To stay inspired, I make sure to dedicate at least one day a month for a mental health break—a little spa day just for me—to avoid burnout.

Chloe Riggins | @lookz.by.chlo
I’ve been a hairstylist for three years, and my passion for hair has been with me since childhood. Watching my mom go through cosmetology school inspired me to follow in her footsteps and embrace this vibrant industry!
What I love most about being a stylist is meeting new people and forming friendships with my clients. I’m especially fond of creating beautiful blondes, particularly in that coveted lived-in style!
Connecting with clients has brought me some true friendships, and I’ve had the joy of working on many weddings for clients I’ve been seeing for years. It’s such a thrill to be part of their special days!
In my free time, you’ll find me surrounded by friends and family, baking delicious treats, or teaching my cat some fun tricks. I’m definitely a sucker for late-night sweet treats—ice cream is my ultimate weakness!
If I weren’t a hairstylist, I think I’d be a teacher! I loved theater and public speaking in school, so I can see myself in a creative teaching role.
Right now, I’m all about the big 90s blowouts. They’re fun, flattering, and perfect for everyone! A fun fact about me? I’m also a color guard coach at my alma mater! I love the creative freedom of choreography and teaching the team new skills.
To stay inspired at work, I love exploring new trends on TikTok and Instagram, trying them out on friends or myself! Ready for your next look? Let’s connect!

Meet Grace (aka Virginia) | @cosmobygraceo
Hey there! I’ve been a hairstylist for four years (five if you count school), and my inspiration comes from my mom, who’s also a hairstylist. Growing up watching her work ignited my passion for the beauty industry, which has always intrigued me!
My favorite part of this job is the relationships I build with my clients. I absolutely love hearing their stories and sharing mine in return. While I don’t have a specific signature style or technique, every interaction adds something special to my experience.
A highlight of my career was the moment extensions finally clicked for me. Realizing I could do them smoothly without overthinking was such a rewarding feeling!
What I love most is seeing my clients regularly and hearing their life updates. When you reach that point where it feels like you’re just friends, it makes the work even more enjoyable.
Outside of the salon, I spend most weekends hanging out with friends, and during the week, I love a good movie or show night—though I do find myself spending a lot of time on TikTok, too! Traveling is my favorite hobby; it’s hard for me to turn down a trip, and I also enjoy spending time outdoors.
I could binge-watch Sex and the City and Gossip Girl forever, and I have a serious love for ice cream! If I weren’t a hairstylist, I think I would’ve loved to be a vet or a dermatologist.
Currently, I’m all about lived-in blonde and color looks, but I hope knee-high Converses never make a comeback! Fun fact: my real name isn’t Grace—it's Virginia! And I’m super excited because I’m going to Japan for two weeks next year!
Whenever I feel like I’m hitting a wall or losing interest, I shake things up by trying something new or tweaking my approach. This not only reignites my passion but also helps me learn new tools to grow in the future!

Samantha Jones Mast | @skin.by.sj
Hi there! I’ve been an aesthetician for a little over three years, and my journey began with my own skin struggles. I wanted to help others navigate their skincare journeys, and that passion has grown into something I could never have imagined!
What I love most about this industry is my clients and the connections we create. I cherish the creative freedom I have to craft a relaxing and safe environment for everyone, allowing them to melt away their stresses, even if it’s just for a little while.
A recent highlight for me was when someone told me, “You are so good at what you do.” That truly resonated with me, reminding me that the intentionality I bring to each treatment makes a difference. I also feel incredibly humbled when clients express how calm and light they feel after our sessions.
Connecting with my clients is everything to me—the conversations we share, the vulnerable moments, the good energy exchanges—it's my absolute favorite part of the job.
When I’m not at the salon, I’m busy being a mom to my six-year-old son, who keeps me on my toes! I’m also deeply interested in metaphysics and personal growth, so I love diving into podcasts and books on those topics. I take care of my 10 chickens and 5 ducks, enjoy homemaking, and appreciate nature and meditation.
For unwinding, my guilty pleasure is scrolling through TikTok—I learn so much! But I also love sitting outside with my feet in the grass (weather permitting) or singing along to my favorite songs like I’m putting on a live concert for all my fans.
If I weren’t an aesthetician, I’d probably be a stay-at-home homestead mama, surrounded by animals and a thriving garden.
One trend I’m currently loving is the embrace of natural beauty and self-care; we are all worthy of it! On the flip side, I hope we never see the day when anyone thinks otherwise.
A fun fact about me? I enjoy singing and dream of learning how to play the piano! Plus, I have a secret desire to dance so well that it leaves everyone, including me, in awe.
To stay inspired, I focus on staying curious and open to inspiration in my life. Whether it comes from a podcast, a conversation with a client, a book, or a random TikTok, I follow those sparks of creativity wherever they lead me!
