CANCELLATION POLICY:

Crown Beauty Bar requires 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments.

All no-shows will be charged 50% of the total service price the 1st time, and a full 100% anytime thereafter.

All appointments cancelled OR rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment start time will result in a 50% charge of the total service price the 1st time, and a full 100% anytime thereafter.

We do understand that things happen and will work with you on cancellations and rescheduling. However, no-shows are regulated by our system software and are not negotiable.
